a.11. All companions operate on a self-employed basis. Escort Service Vienna only provides advertising, profile presentation, photo material, and publication of base rates.

a.12. Escort Service Vienna receives a fixed fee for mediation and advertising services and does not participate in the companions’ income or turnover. By contacting a companion via Escort Service Vienna, a contract is concluded exclusively with the escort, not with Escort Service Vienna.

a.13. All information provided via hotline or this website is given exclusively in the name and on behalf of the respective escort. Escort Service Vienna and the webmaster cannot be held liable for such information. All data transmitted for mediation purposes is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties.

a.14. A contract is concluded exclusively between the escort and the customer.

b. Content

b.1. The operator of Escort Service Vienna assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Liability claims for material or immaterial damage resulting from the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded unless intent or gross negligence can be proven.

b.2. Escort Service Vienna reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or discontinue the website or parts thereof without prior notice.

b.3. References to external websites (links) are outside the responsibility of Escort Service Vienna. The operator has no influence over the content of linked websites and expressly distances itself from any illegal or improper content.

c. Subject of the Contract

c.1. The subject of the contract is the mediation of self-employed companions for business or social purposes. Escort Service Vienna does not itself provide companionship services and does not conclude such contracts.

c.2. No sexual or intimate services are agreed or mediated.

c.3. Companions are self-employed and are neither authorized nor entitled to enter into legal obligations on behalf of Escort Service Vienna.

c.4. If the companion does not meet expectations and the mediation service is refused, an expense compensation of €25.00 (within Vienna) is payable to the companion. Outside Vienna, higher travel costs apply.

d. Conclusion of Contract

d.1. Contact may be made by phone or online. Escort Service Vienna reserves the right to refuse mediation without stating reasons.

d.2. A mediation is concluded through mutual consent between the companion and the client.

d.3. A mediation contract becomes valid upon confirmation, either in writing or by phone. Acceptance confirms agreement with these GTC.

d.4. Any confirmed booking constitutes a legally binding contract.

d.5. For bookings exceeding three days or located more than 250 km from Vienna, a deposit of 30% may be required.

f. Fees

f.1. All fees are gross prices including statutory taxes and apply only to the specific booking. Additional costs (meals, travel, hotels, entry fees, etc.) are borne by the client.

f.2. Payment must be made in cash (EUR) to the companion at the beginning of the meeting. Extensions must also be paid in advance.

f.3. Special requests (e.g. couple or club bookings) are subject to additional fees.

g. Cancellation by the Customer

g.1. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. Payments made will be refunded.

g.2. Escort Service Vienna endeavors to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.

g.3. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment result in a refund of 50% of the deposit.

g.4. Additional costs incurred (e.g. hotel or restaurant bookings) must be borne by the customer.

g.7. Liability

Escort Service Vienna is not liable for the actions of companions, who are not employees and act independently.

Data Protection

h.1. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection laws and used only for contract execution.

h.2. Escort Service Vienna guarantees discretion. All parties are contractually bound to confidentiality. Direct contact outside the booking period is prohibited. No data is stored or passed on to third parties.

Final Provisions

i.1. Any reproduction or distribution of content without written permission is prohibited and will be legally prosecuted.

i.2. Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
